goldenwinkingdom.info operates an independent editorial and referral service. We publish hotel reviews and allow you to send a reservation enquiry to a hotel. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or the provider of any accommodation. We do not take payment for accommodation and we do not display prices.
2. Not affiliated with the hotels we review
goldenwinkingdom.info is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or an official representative of any hotel, resort, casino, brand or booking platform mentioned on this site, and this is not the official website of any hotel. All hotel and brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, review and editorial purposes. Any reference to a third-party brand does not imply a partnership unless we say so expressly.
3. Who may use the site
The site is intended for adults. By using it or submitting a reservation enquiry, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 or 19 depending on your province or country) and legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. No booking contract with us
Submitting a reservation request through our site does not create a confirmed booking. It is an enquiry that we forward to the relevant hotel. Any resulting reservation, and all payment, cancellation and refund terms, are strictly between you and the hotel.
5. Editorial content & disclaimer of warranties
Our reviews reflect the genuine opinions of our writers and the sentiment of guest reviews at the time of writing. Hotels change ownership, management, facilities and standards. Content, including any travel-documents or traveller-rights guides, is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial or travel advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we make no guarantee that your experience will match a review or that information is complete, current or error-free.
6. Acceptable use
- You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- You will not submit false, misleading or another person's details in the reservation or feedback forms;
- You will not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- You will not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
7. Intellectual property
All text, reviews, branding and design on this site are owned by or licensed to the operator of goldenwinkingdom.info and are protected by law. Hotel photographs remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used for editorial and identification purposes. You may not reproduce our content without permission. 8. Third-party links
Our site links to hotels and third-party partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of external websites. Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of goldenwinkingdom.info is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, or from any dealings with a hotel. 13. General
